The last game I bought was Portal 2, and it's probably one of my all time favorite games. The writing and acting are some of the best I've ever heard.

I'm really looking forward to L.A. Noire this month.

I really enjoyed Bulletstorm, but couldn't help think there was something missing.

Most recent purchases are Marvel vs. Capcom 3, CSI:.. uhh.. Hard Evidence & Deadly Intent (had to ask my girl what they were, they're for her), and Dragon Age: Origins (I know, I'm late)

Looking forward to L.A. Noire! (another game more for her than me, but I probably will like it!)

I had to clear out a temporary Credit Card so I bought Back to the Future: The Video Game and Puzzle Agent from TellTale.
Then I also went outside and bought Civilization V, which has been eating up at least 50% of the time I usually spend sleeping.

Do you think Splatterhouse is worth picking up? I was a huge fan of the 2D ones, but I'm pretty on the fence about this one.

It was last week when it was $15 on Amazon.

At the very least ... it unlocks Splatterhouse Arcade, 2 and 3 when you beat it. So, yeah, it's worth $15 just for that. (Hell, it's worth the $30 it's currently at for that)

Oh, that's awesome! I had no idea the classic Splatterhouse games ones were a unlockable part of the package.

I just finished episode 4 last night! I really like it, though it lacks the actual feel of the movies because it's hard to emulate suspense in a point-and-click adventure, but it's a lot of fun and it can be pretty difficult at times.
For any die-hard BttF fan, it's a great deal! But if you don't like the movie that much then you won't care enough about the characters, though they do grow on you over the course of the games.

It has some really great twists, too! Not gonna spoil it!

Awesome! I'd consider myself a fairly big fan of the movies. I'm not obsessed or anything, but they're damn good. I think I might need to check these out!

What can I say? CD-i is slim pickings when it comes to 'interesting titles' Smile I got this lot practically for free with a purchase of a cheap cd-i player so I figured... little blast back to the 90s Smile

It's alright since you got them for free, but CDi does have a bunch of good titles! My pile of interesting CD-i titles:
    The 7th Guest
    Space Ace
    Rise of the Robots
Myst (crashes when I enter the little house, actually...)
    Escape from Cyber City
    Mystic Midway
    Monty Python's More Naughty Bits
    Live without Monty Python
    Mod Dog McCree
And of course... Zelda Wand of Gamelon... which is actually pretty crap.

Even though only a few are actually exclusive to the system, the CDi version is often the most superior graphically. They're the worst when it comes to controls and gameplay, though...
